email problems

I have windows xp, and when I bring up my outlook express
6, it keeps asking for my password. I went to tools and
then to options and clicked on the box that says, remember
password, but it still ask me for my password before
allowing me into my outlook express. I contacted my ip.,
and they said theres some problem with outlook express
and windows xp, and to contact microsoft. Can you help???
I would be grateful...

Have you checked the settings on Tools/Options for account
logon also under the accounts connection settings?
