email problems with attachments

Additional information to my earlier posted email about what is happening to
my email attachments

When the email gets sent with attachments all looks O.K. untill you try to
open the attachement and then this message pops up:



Works cannot open

"C:\Users\owner\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary

Internet

Files\Low\Content.IE5\AB7ZU8BZ\Space_Coast_RV_Invoice_revis

ed[1].wps". The file may be in use by another application, the file

format may not be supported by any of the installed converters, or the

fle may be corrupt.



Only has a button for OK

I hit ok and a blank page in microsoft works opens



if anyone can help it would be greatly appreaciated
