Email problem

I recently purchased a new computer with windows vista already installed. My
problem is whenever i open my email i cant logon to the senders site from my
email even after i click on the 'allow' link. For example,if i get an email
from Blockbuster i cant logon to their website from the email. WHY ? Anyone
else have this problem ? Please advise.

You mean that clicking on a link in an email won't open the web page?
You may have to reduce your security level:
Tools, Options, Security, select the Internet zone.

this did not help. when i click on a link in my email it replies `application
not found' any suggestions?

In Control Panel, go to Internet Options, then click on Programs
and verify that Internet Explorer is shown as the default web browser.
