Email previews with the content but when I open it, it is blank. F

When I receive email from only one particular vendor which I need daily for
work, it previews with the words but when I open it, it is blank. It is also
missing a necessary hyperlink. No matter how much I search, the content is
gone. What is going on here? I do not use filters. Help.

Try running the following command:

regsvr32 inetcom.dll

I've heard this works for users that see blank bodies for their e-mails
but I don't know if it applies only for the preview, only when opening
the e-mail in its own window, or for both ways of viewing the e-mail.
