I have an email with attachment, but can't see the content

pA suplier sent an email with content in the body and an attachment. In auto
preview I can see there is content but it does not appear when I open the
email.

I think "Read all standard mail in plain text " option is checked

To uncheck this

1. Tools
2. options
3.Email options
4.uncheck "Read all standard mail in plain text "
5.click ok
6.restart your outlook.
