email preferences--Outlook 2007

I would like to stop the text from previous messages appearing in the body of
my replies but I cannot figure out how to do that. Can anyone help me?
 
Tools-> Options...-> button E-mail Options...
At the bottom section you can set your default preference.

If you do not want this for every message, then you can simply remove the
text.
