Help please,

When I access to our company webmail but I can not scroll the file folders
on the email page. As of yesterday the up and down arrows to scroll the
email files were not available. So when I send a company email I can file a
email in the email folders.but I can not scroll down to check the sent
emails in the various folds.
Without this capability I am very limited in checking the email folders
looking for prior emails sent. I need access to all my folders on the
email page.

You're working with your company's webmail by using Microsoft Access
database software? That doesn't seem to be the right tool... Maybe
finding a newsgroup devoted to Q&A about the webmail software you're using
would enhance your chances of getting the answer you need, instead of asking
here where the subect is Microsoft Access database software?
