email on outllook 2003 vs 2007

I just bought a new computer from Dell with Vista Business and Office 2007.
Using the exact same email settings as on my previous Dell with Windows NT
and Office 2003, outlook on the new computer does not seem to be able to send
or receive email through my pop3 server. What am i doing wrong?

What are the error messages? You might want to try creating a new mail
profile if you've been reusing the one from Outlook 2003. Instructions for
creating a new mail profile can be found at
