Email notification

Can anyone instruct me on how to set my email to notify
me when a message arrives. I usually keep my email
minimized and by the way I am on outlook express. I have
XP Home. Thanks. Fred
 
Just look through the options in TOOLS / OPTIONS & you'll see in there you
can set to check for new emails. Set that to 5 minutes or something & then
somewhere else you get the option to play sound if new email.
