Email not being recieve right away

One of our workstations is having issues not receiving emails right away.
Shes using Office XP Outlook version. Some workstation in the office are
using office 2003. We havent upgrade the workstation yet due to lack of
funds. This workstation seems to be the only one having this issue. The
rest are able to recieve thier email instantly internaly and external. Any
ideas.
