email merge - using a different "sent from" address than default

I would like to configure Outlook (or Word) to use a non-default email
address for all of my email merges. I know I can manually do it but I often
forget and send out the merges from the default email address, rather than
the one I desire.

Thanks Diane but I know it can be done. I had it working before but then MSN
updated and it quit working - and of course I don't freaking remember how I
did it!

I use mail merge in Word 2003 with Outlook. Is it a Word option?
