Email merge problem

I cannot get my Outlook/Word file to merge email addresses. When I perform
the merge, the names merge, but the email addresses and subject line do not.
I am trying to merge from Excel.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Office cannot merge a subject line. You'd need a third-party tool for that.
