Email links

When I receive emails with links to go directly into the particular site, I
always get the Mozilla Firefox (which is my internet source) Box with all
their files, folders, extensions?? I dont know what to do to change this??

This site is for IE as your preferred browser. But the associations are
hosed, I believe and something here should fix that.
