Hello From time to time Iget email from folks that look like this
( see EXAMPLE below )

how does this happen.....is it them or me ? I think it is them
If so how do they fix this and get back to sending out regular read able
email ?

What version of Outlook? What version of Windows? Can you receive any HTML
messages? Have you examined the MIME headers with View>Options to see if
they look correct?
 
What is the message type of the incoming message, Plain Text or HTML?

If it is Plain Text, then it is the sender's fault.
