It comes up after a while asking me to log on. then it keeps coming back.

Please reply to the original thread, do NOT start another thread for the
same question. In Outlook Express, hit "Reply to Group" and make sure that
you quote some or all of the post you are replying to.

It may be due to problems with your NTL mail server.

Like I said - it's probably a problem with your NTL mail server . NTL is
well-known for having flakey servers.
