email getting sent directly to deleted items folder

i have an incoming email from a vendor i deal with that goes directly to my
deleted folder list as if it were a junk mail ( I have designated that my
junk mail go directly to deleted folder list). I have looked to see if teh
address is in the deleted folder list and it is not. I have even completely
cleared out the junk mail list to ensure that i had nothing prohibiting this
email from coming in normally. the address still goes to the deleted folder
list. What is going on?
 
The Junk Mail filter uses more than just your list of blocked senders to
determine what's junk. I'd place the address of the vendor in your Safe
Senders list.
