Email from Access via Outlook failure

A working application that sends email from within Access using .send command
was installed at a new site and a 'Run Time Error' occurs. I don't have more
info than that. Theory, the Outlook is gibbled to prevent spamming from that
machine because a right click on a file | Send To | Mail Recipient attempt
also fails. Thoughts?
