email fonts

For some reason, I am unable to change the email font for my mail. I know
how to do it, but the font box is not highlighted and I am unable to click on
it to open it to change the font.
Also, how do I go about adding/creating my own stationery?

Version of Outlook?
Stationery is just html - you can either make it in outlook and save as
html/stationery or use an html editor and save into the stationery folder.
