email field in MS Access

Hi,

I have email field in MS Access database for the staff members. So..instead
of entering the email for each individual can we link that field to outlook
or look at the outlook right there and gets his/hers email address from
Outlook and gets eneterd in that email field?

Your help would be appreciated.
