email failure

I am unable to access my email. I receive the following error messages:
Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on imap.cs.com.' reported
error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook is unable to download folder (null) from the
IMAP e-mail server for account imap.cs.com. Error: Unable to connect to the
server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

e-mail server for account imap.cs.com. Error: Unable to connect to the

Outllook used to work .
I can access the mail through a web browser OK.
Suggestions please.
