email double and triple downloads of same email

When I open my Outlook express and download my newsgroups I will
sometimes get double or triple copies of the same download. Exact
copies of the original, is there something not configed right.

In the newsgroups? Usually it's an error on the sender's part. The outgoing
post appears to be stuck in their outboxbut has already been sent. Clicking
Send again, sends a duplicate. Solution for the sender : Leave the outgoing
message in the outbox. It usually disappears on its own with the next send.
Solution on your end is to mark the duplicates read.
