Email Distribution Groups

I have about a handful of school distribution lists (composed of several
email addresses in each group) that I need to send to a coworker of mine. We
use Windows 2000 Professional at work and I need to send her all of the lists
so that she can send the information out to our customers. Is this something
my IT guy would have to transfer 'behind the scenes' on our server or is
there an easy way to send her the information?

What version of Windows you use is largely irrelevant. Do you both use the
same version of Outlook? If so, can't you just drag the DL to a new message
as an attachment and send it?

That wont work. I tried to drag and drop, but it will not allow me to send it
to her. I've tried going into the distribution list and looking for a
'forward' option, but its not there. Help!

"Wont allow" = cannot take the distribution list and do a 'drag and drop'
onto the email to send to the other person. I am thinking I need to search
my computer at work for the pab file. Maybe I can work some magic with that
before I send it to her. She definitely doesnt need my entire address book.

Any other help would be appreciated!

What happens when you try?

Outlook hasn't used the PAB for years. All your contacts should be in
Contacts folders.

You didn't answer my question on whether or not the other person uses
Outlook as well. I can think of other ways to transfer the DL, but which
way depends on the recipient's mail client.
