eMail delegation

I am running SBS server 2003 R2. My workstations are running xp sp2 /office
2003 with all updates.

I have gone into my customer service mailbox and authorized myself as able
to delegate on the account.

I have gone into eMail accounts on two different machines with my profile
and set it to open the customer service mailbox.

When I try to open it it says it is unable to display the folder/Outlook
could not access the specified folder location.

I've done these exact steps on a clients computer that is using an online
hosting of exchange and the procedure worked but I cannot duplicate this on
my system.

What am I missing?

Thanks....

Never mind, I got it. It was a matter of setting mailbox permission, not
delegating and forwarding.....
