Emails are moved to the Deleted Folder automatically

Outlook 2003. Every email comes to my Inbox then it moved to the Deleted
Items Folder. I ran outlook.exe /cleanrules so I have no rules. I have gone
to Customize Current View and rest to defaults, I have deleted the Outlook
profile and recreated it, I have even logged onto this users mailbox with the
Exchange Service account and the same thing happens.

I also looked at the Exchange account properties and there are no storage
quotas, no retention management and no mailflow settings turned on.

I did try /cleanserverrules - no go.

Junk email filtering is disabled for all users via Group Policy. She has a
Blackberry which I disabled but emails are still going to the deleted items
folder.
