Email&Contacts Backup

I exported my emails and contacts to a file
called "backup.pst" and saved it to a cd. After
formating my hard drive and installing office I tried to
import the file and get message "you do not have required
permission for this action". Any help would be
appreciated.

copy the pst to your hard drive and remove the read only flag.

Try saving the file to your hard disk, and then changing
the properties from "Read Only". I run into the same
problem saving data to a CD.
