Hi

Just would like to find out the best way to "check email" in short. I need
to develop a program that will receive pop3 email. It will check for new
messages on a predefined interval. The program must not depend on exchange
server.

CDO?
IMAP?

where should i start, and perhaps there are some resources i can read?
