email category group from Outlook contacts monthly

I have a list of contacts in one category whom I want to email as a group
monthly with a tip for them. How do I do this easily?
 
Use the By Category View of your Contact Folder.
Select the Category Header > Actions > New Message to Contact...
 
You can also use a product similar to eMailMerge 4Outlook
(www.addins4outlook.com). This uses an easy Wizard interface to either
1. create a separate e-mail for each contact in the category OR
2. Add all contacts to the BCC field
