EMAIL CAN'T BE DELETED OR MOVED

Have Outlook 2002. Have a spam email that shows up as
unread which cannot be opened, viewed in the preview pane,
deleted, or moved. Anyone seen this before? Have tried
deleting singly or as part of a group. Has now been in my
Inbox since January. What to do with it?
 
Can you delete it by holding down the shift key and hitting delete?
