Email blocked

I am running outlook express on XP and am not able to send or receive
emails. Outlook
will load but when I go to send a message a box pops up for my user and
account
info. Norton Antivirus detected nothing and I am keeping definitions
and updates
current. Please help. thanks

Outlook or Outlook Express? They are two very different things. Please don't
mix them up

Did it ever work? Do you know that you have correctly set the POP3 and SMTP
info in Tools | Accounts?

I'm no expert in the technical parts of computers but I think you have to
contact your Internet Provider. In my case, my ISP is Sympatico. I had a
problem getting my OE mail so I called the tech people at Sympatico. They
talked me through it and I have my mail back.
