We just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from 2000. It has autofill which I'm none to
happy with. Most of my contacts have fax and email addresses and when I type
in the name in the "to" field it will not 1. give me all the options that are
available (eg all the John's). 2. If it does it will not give me the email
address only the fax number listing. 3. If it doesn't give me an option at
all it will automatically give me the fax. Example I type "john doe" and hit
send it will automatically send to the fax. At least 2000 gave an option to
choose which john doe address I wanted. I tried to turn off the automatic
check names and suggest names but still get this. Not to complain but Eudora
had this down pat back in the early 90's!
