Email animations

I currently upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate and Office Professional 2007
from XP Pro and Office 2003. How can I get animations to display on incoming
and outgoing email? Pictures are fine but animated gifs do not move and we
use these for our newsletters. I understand that Microsoft, in their wisdom,
has changed the editing process and will not allow this but is there a
workaround or another program that will make Outlook "behave"?

Not possible. Outlook 2007 does not support animations, period.
