Email an entire folder?

I want to send a folder containing all of the chapters of a manuscript and
would like to bypass sending one chapter at a time. Can I send the entire
folder at once? If so, how?

Zip the folder and send it. Ensure the size will not be a problem with your
ISP for sending.

If the size is not a problem, you can send them by going into the folder
from Outlook and the click on each file while holding down the CTRL key. If
you want to include all files in that folder press ctrl A

Thanks, Neil. That is just what I'll do. Incidentally, could I have found
that on the "help" info that comes with Outlook? If so, I simply didn't know
where to look.

Having had experience with writing and having to send to editors, most will
NOT accept anything except a zipped file.

Milly, I hear you; I simply don't know anything about "zipped" files. Is that
something you can address?

If you have Windows XP, right-click on the folder , choose "Send to" and
select Compressed (zipped) file.
