email addresses to the address book

I am sure that when I used Outlook Express, I could choose an option that
allowed me to add the email address for a message I received into my address
book.

I can't find a similar option in Outlook 2003. Can anyone tell me how I can
easily add someone's email address into the address book without having to
copy and paste it?

TIA

R click the address > Add to Contacts

Thanks for this Russ. I think I am getting confused as to what an address
book is and what the Contacts are. I have done as you suggest to an email
but the sender has not appeared in my Contacts. What is the difference
between the address book and the Contacts?

Outlook does not use an address book. All data is stored in Contacts
Folders. I did not say you should R click on an email. I said you should R
click on an email _address_. The context menu for any valid email address
will give you the option to "Add to Outlook Contacts" and doing so will
create a Contact Record in your Contact Folder.
