outlook email addresses extraction

hi all,

I have some outlook 2007 accounts (Exchange based, I have .OST files
on my comp) and I need to extract the email addresses from all the
email sent/received during the past years. At the moment my address
book is completely empty!
Are there any program that can extract and collect all the adrresses
in an Excel file or a text file!? Can someone suggest me any?

You are able to extract your address book to an Excel file, but it extracts the info from the address book. If your address book is empty, I don't think there will be any way to extract the addresses from the emails itself.
