Email Addresses Go Into Contacs Automatically

Hi everybody,

how can I prevent OL 2007 from saving every single mail address that I type
into an email into my personal contacs?

I am interested in this autocompletion cache. Every e-mail address I've ever
recieved or sent to is hanging around in outlook. How does one get rid of
them?

Arrow down and press delete to remove them individually. Turn off
"Suggest names...." in Options to eliminate them all.

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field.
