hi guys

For some reason, very commonly now, when I go to send an e-mail to someone
who has been in my address book, their entry has completely disappeared.
Often it is people I have even helped many times, so I know they were in my
address book, but then they just seem to disappear.

Anyone have any ideas why this would be? How fix? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Are you syncing with a pda or cell phone? Do you have contacts for these
people or are they missing from the autocomplete cache when you start to
address the email?

thanks diane - I have synched to PDA previously, but not for a while. entries have completely disappeared from my contacts folder not just the auto cache.

I assume if you delete a categories folder, all the individual contract
entries are deleted too. This might explain some being deleted, but there are
still others disappearing also.
