WHEN I GOT A JOB AT ALLSTATE, OUTLOOK STILL HAD THE EMAIL
ADDRESS OF THE PERSON THAT WORKED HERE BEFORE ME. HOW DO I
CHANGE IT TO A NEW ADDRESS??? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!
 
First, you'll need to turn off the Caps Lock key, which looks like shouting,
and tell us what version of Outlook you're using.

Talk to the All State IT department and ask them to help you fix it.
