Email Address

I send an email to someone and in the To line I put in their email address,
but it does not show up when I send the email to the person or the name
disappears when I look in my sent item, but the email is delivered. What
could cause this?

in sent items, is the To column there? If not, right click one of the other
column headings, pick Field Chooser, and drag the To field up to the other
headings.
