Email address not show in header

In setting up my school's CONTACTS (i.e. all student's names) I do NOT want
their email addresses to show in the header of any emails sent out. How do I
accomplish this? Also, since any emails will be sent to the parents (and
truly NOT to the students), is there a way to label it PARENTS OF xxx
(whereby the xxx is the STUDENT'S name listed as the CONTACT)?

One part is easy, use the Bcc Field and no one's e-mail address will show.

As part of the Contacts list you might play with names like Parents_of
Michael_Dunwiddy (it worked for me)

What is the DISPLAY AS feature for within a CONTACT? Doesn't this have
something to do with 'hiding' their email address from everyone else, yet
showing all who have been contacted?

Where, exactly, do I put the wording (Parents_of...)? In the FULL NAME field
along with the student's name? Also, do I put in the underscore?
