Email Address Display

How do I allow an email address to be displayed in the fields instead of just
the name. I have a mass emailing I'm trying to send out but I want people to
be sure and see my emails I list in the To: and Cc: lines. For example if I
put in the To: line my address I want it to specificially say
(e-mail address removed) instead of just Christy P

You neglected to state your Outlook version and how you are selecting the
recipients for the mass mailing.
