I am using FP2003. Is there any way to stop programs
from stealing email address from my web site.

Not w/ the default forms, etc
- only if you are running server side scripts like ASP or PHP/Perl

I have a web site that lists around 6000 email address so
that people can contact each other. Is there any way to
stop the pages being spidered by crawler programs

That whole list (all pages) belongs in a Database server side
- no way you can prevent harvesting from your list if it is all client side in the html pages
See FP Help on Data and Databases

As it is, your site is a spammers paradise (-;

IMHO
I would remove them until it is in a Database

Yes, don't place email addresses on your site, instead use a custom server-side script to process
emails from the site.
