email accouts

Hello, I have 2 email accounts, both with road runner. I have a new computer
and I am trying to put both of my email accounts on my new computer. I want
them to be different accounts. I get a bunch of junk mail on one and I don't
want the junk mail to go to my primary account. How do I create the other
account so that it is separate from my primary. It was easy on xp but I can
not figure it out on vista. Thanx bunches...

Create two folders, one for each e-mail account, and create rules to move
e-mails to the appropriate folder based on the receiving e-mail address.

Small correction: make that based on the receiving account.
If you base it on receiving email address, it will miss BCC-addressed mail.
