I am having trouble setting this account up. I just don't understand
anything about POP3 or POP1 servers. Can you please help
 
First, you need to have a Yahoo PLUS account - the one you pay for. Do you
have that - or the free one? If you only have the free one, you can only
use the webmail access, not Windows Mail.
