I get error messages when trying to receive my e-mail. It used to work. It
just quit working when I tried to add a second account. This is what shows
up. Account: 'mail.mchsi.com', Server: 'mail.mchsi.com', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR user id must be specified', Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91. What do I do now?

You can go to Tools, Accounts, select the account then Properties, Servers,
then make sure your user name and password are in there correctly.
Apparently, the server isn't getting the user name.

I can send e-mails but can't receive. I did what you said and the logon
screen pops up. When I put in user name and password, the logon screen pops
up again and again.

Try while using your full email address as the username?
Passwords are CaSe sensitive.

Try disabling the anti-virus for a test and see if that works. Also, try
putting in your full email address for the user name, or if you already are,
just the first part.
