Email Account on Send not Default -- help please

I have two e-mail accounts (let's call them A and B). A is set as my Default
account I have triple checked this!). YET, when I REPLY to a mail message,
Outlook automatically selects B as the send account. (Outlook selects B to
reply to BOTH messages originally sent with A and B.) This is troublesome and
is driving me nuts. How can I change this??
