Email account has been removed but email still is being received?

I have a client that told me he removed an email account from his computer,
but he still gets emails on that computer. He has added the email account to
a different computer but does not get them on the newer computer. He says
the email is still being delivered to the old computer where he removed the
account from!

Well he obviously /thought/ he was removing the account, but actually did
something else. You need to find out exactly what he did....
