Email a My Picture file

I used to be able to email a my document file by going into My Documents then
My Pictures Then click on the file that I want to send and on the left it
gives an option to email file.....It reduces the size of the file and emails
thru outlook express. I got a message today that says..... "Form required
to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact Administrator." I need
help. We use this feature alot and don't know what happened. Thank You
 
Rightclick the selected file and click "Sent to", then select
"Mail Recipient" and Outlook Express opens to send it.
