I need to know how to do this. I can create the powerPoint slide show with
all the graphics but when I place it into outlook as a hyperlink the
animation and video will not play. The animation is present but will not move
and the sound does work. When clicking to open the link the screen just turns
white. I am using a network windows XP system at work. Earlier versions of
powerpoint do work. It seems to be only 2003 powerpoint.

Probably because the hyperlink is trying to find the files which are on your
computer and not with the presentation. Also, if the recipient is not using
PowerPoint 2003 or the 2003 PowerPoint viewer your animations may not show up.
You have to send the presentation and all attached paraphernalia with your email
message.
