In Outlook email, as soon as I type the first three letters of the addressee
in the "To" box, several email addresses drop down as a possible fits. The
problem is that one of them has a domain error but, since it is so similar to
the correct address, I often ending up selecting it with obvious results --
the emails gets returned. This erroneous address is NOT in my Outlook address
book and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. Is there a way???

Thank you for your help.

The next time it shows up in a drop down, highlight it and hit Delete.

I found out that I had to highlight the undesirable address by starting the
highlight from right to left, holding down the left mouse key and clicking
delete. It worked! Thanks!!

You can just use the up/down arrow to move within the address list.
