It's not entirely clear what you want to do, but here's one suggestion:
Right-click the table and choose Copy. Right-click in the database window and choose Paste.
In the box that appears, type a name for your new temp table, select Structure Only and click OK.
Now open that new table in design mode and put a unique index on the field where you want to
remove duplicates. (Choose Yes No Duplicates for the Indexed property.) Save the table.
Now copy all the records from your first table and paste them into the new one. The duplicates
won't be allowed to come in. However, this means that the entire records will be lost. Is that
what you had in mind?
